CEDARR Initiative Information
The Medicaid Coordinator is also assigned to the
CEDARR Interdepartmental Team at the Department of Human Services. The Interdepartmental
Team was created to assist in the development and implementation of the CEDARR
Initiative, which includes the CEDARR Family Centers and CEDARR Direct Services.
As a member of the CEDARR Interdepartmental Team, the Medicaid Coordinator
represents the Rhode Island Department of Education. Other assigned
staff represent the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Department of
Children Youth and Families (DCYF), and the Department of Health (DOH). Activities
of this team include the following:

Certifications standards, including direct services |

Participating on the Review and scoring team for
CEDARR applications (including CEDARR Family Centers and Direct

Providing technical assistance to the CEDARR
