Directions to RITAP

From Route 95 Northbound

1. Take Exit 21 (Broadway exit)
2. Turn left at second traffic light (Atwells Avenue)
3. Follow Atwells Avenue for 1.5 miles to the intersection with Mount Pleasant Avenue
4. Turn right onto Mount Pleasant Avenue. The College entrance is 1.1 miles ahead on the left.
5. Follow College Road to the end
6. Take a right onto Fruit Hill Avenue
7. The entrance to the Alumni House is approximately 0.2 miles ahead on the right.

From Route 95 Southbound

1. Take Exit 21 (Atwells Avenue exit).
2. Turn right onto Atwells Avenue.
3. Continue on Atwells Avenue for 1.5 miles to the intersection with Mount Pleasant Avenue.
4. Turn right onto Mount Pleasant Avenue. The College entrance is 1.1miles ahead on the left.
5. Follow College Road to the end.
6. Take a right onto Fruit Hill Avenue.
7. The entrance to the Alumni House is approximately 0.2 miles ahead on the right.

From Route 295 Northbound

1. When traveling on 295 Northbound take exit 6a.
2. Follow US Route 6 East to the Killingly Street (RI Route 128) exit.
3. Turn left off exit and follow Killingly Street to end.
4. Turn right onto Greenville Avenue and follow to first traffic light.
5. Turn left at the traffic light, then bear right at the fork.
6. Pass the Campus entrance, and the entrance to the Alumni House is approximately 0.2 miles ahead on the right.

From Route 295 Southbound

1. Take Exit 7 to US Route 44 East.
2. Follow US Route 44 East for 2.8 miles to the intersection with Fruit Hill Avenue.
3. Bear right onto Fruit Hill Avenue.
4. The entrance to the Alumni House is approximately 0.8 miles ahead on the left.

From the State House

1. Follow US Route 44 West (Smith Street) for 2.3 miles.
2. Turn sharp left onto Mount Pleasant Avenue.
3. Follow Mount Pleasant Avenue for 0.4 mile. The College entrance is on the right.
4. Follow College Road to the end.
5. Take a right onto Fruit Hill Avenue.
6. The entrance to the Alumni House is approximately 0.2 miles ahead on the right.

Public Transportation

The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority operates bus service to the Rhode Island College Campus. Buses run regularly to the College from Kennedy Plaza and Francis Street in downtown Providence, and from Centredale and Olneyville Square. Bus service extends from 7:30am to 4:30pm weekdays
