This has been compiled by the RI Department of Education. It is not intended to be “all inclusive” of products reflecting effective practice or an official Department endorsement of any particular resources listed here. However, it is hoped that this information will assist school districts and other entities in providing professional development for teacher assistants and persons working with them. Resources are listed according to “Source”, that is, the entity from which the resource can be purchased or obtained. In many cases, copies of resources have been purchased by the Department and made available on loan for review or use as follows through 6 locations throughout the state.
